Return Information: 

  • Our HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY is in effect as of November 16, 2020. All items purchased after this date can be returned by January 15, 2021.
  • You can return items in store and online for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 
  • Your return must be postmarked within 7 days from when the label is issued or your return will be cancelled. 
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached for in store purchases. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and must be returned  in another box or shipping bag to avoid damage. Do not tape or attach shipping labels on the original shoe box. 
  • Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package.
  • All SALE merchandise, jewelry, eyewear, headwear, camis, leggings, bralettes, bodysuits, gift cards, all special orders and orders with a discount of 30% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shoes purchased with a discount of 40% or more will be shipped without the original box. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us with a photo showing damage/defects. All claims must be made within 3 days (M-F) of delivery date.  We will not accept returns or defective claims on items that are worn or washed. 
  • We will notify you via email of the online credit (gift card code) once we receive and process the return. Please allow up to 3 business days for return to be processed. *Please allow additional time during holidays for returns to be processed.
  • All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.

COMMENT SOLD ORDERS: Comment Sold orders will be issued credit to their Comment Sold account instead of a gift card. 

EXCHANGES: Due to our quick turnaround on inventory, we cannot offer exchanges on items. You may wait for your credit to repurchase the correct size/style if it is still available. However, we recommend purchasing the correct size/style immediately (if available). Refunds are available for items returned when a different size was repurchased - must contact customer service prior to returning. 

Swimwear Returns: Swimwear can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of package delivery. Item MUST be unworn and unwashed, in original packaging and liners undamaged and intact. Any items returned that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned at customer's expense, or disposed. 

Beautique Buck$ Rewards: Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your rewards account. Once you redeem your store credit, your rewards will be re-earned and applied back to your account.

Comment Sold Orders: You will have 2 separate order numbers: Comment Sold order number and the order number on your printed invoice. When processing a return, enter the order number that was listed on your invoice.

Coupons/Discount Codes/Sales - Only one coupon/discount will apply towards an order in store or online.  Price adjustments cannot be made after an order has been placed.
