STORE PICKUP – In-store pickup orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders that are placed before 2pm on those days will typically be ready for pickup at the store same day by 5pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be ready for pickup the following day. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an email notification letting you know when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping to Canada is $19.99 flat rate per order in fall/winter due to bulkier packages, and $14.95 in the spring/summer. We can get a quote for shipping and adjust based on weight and postal code - please message us! If rate is less than paid amount, we will refund the difference!
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, and will not refund/replace items.
