PREORDER INFORMATION

Preorders are a great way to order the clothing you want without having to worry about sell-outs!

• All preorder products will have PREORDER as a part of the product name. Each preorder piece has an estimated processing time of 10-20 business days (Monday - Friday) before shipment.
• If a date is listed on the Product Page, this is an approximate date provided by the manufacturer. I am only able to update this information when it is provided to me.

If you decide to preorder an item, please note the following:

• Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the order ships. 
• If you order multiple pre-order items or if you combine in-stock items with pre-order items, your order will ship once the pre-order item(s) arrive. If you would like for the in-stock items to be shipped separately from the pre-order item(s), you will be charged twice for shipping as this will create two shipments. 
• For returns/exchanges on preorders, you have from the day the order arrived to you - not the date you ordered.
• I do my very best to communicate all details/updates for preorders on the product page. There are usually many orders for each style and it is not possible to contact everyone individually.
• I will accept cancellations on preorder items for store credit only
• If for any reason your preorder does take longer than 30 business days and your order has not been shipped out, you will be eligible for a refund on the piece(s) that do have delays. 
• PLEASE NOTE: Each preorder item has an estimated shipping date but I cannot guarantee these dates and they are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.  This is due to the designer’s production schedules and sometimes an item may arrive several weeks before or after, although this is rare.  I have no control over vendor production schedules/inventory but if it does happen, I will stay in contact with them to keep you informed along the way. In the rare event I cannot deliver your preordered items, I will refund your order immediately.
• Once your preorder has been processed, it will be shipped via our partnering courier companies such as USPS and local postal offices directly out of Brandon, South Dakota. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Each shipment will be given a unique tracking number and you will be notified via our automated tracking system.

If a preorder item shows sold out or "closed", that means the preorder is no longer available. Once the preorder arrives, I will add any extras to the site. Be sure to sign up for a restock notification if you missed the preorder cut off. 

WHEN NOT TO PREORDER: I ask that if you are within a certain time frame, a birthday, planning to move, going on a vacation, or simply can’t handle waiting for the above-mentioned timeframe I do not recommend pre-ordering. Please note some items arrive before others, I have no control over the time frame in which I receive inventory but can assure you it will be received and sent your way as soon as the shipment arrives to me.
